Day-of Coordination

To ensure a smooth and successful day of celebration or a one-night event, having all the necessary vendors is essential.

The day-of coordination service comes into play approximately four months before the event/wedding. During this period, Miss Deco listens to the clients' event details, how they envision it to unfold, reviews various contracts, contacts the vendors and active participants, and creates a schedule for the vendors and one for the clients.

On the day of the event, the Miss Deco organizer remains available for ten hours. During this time, they coordinate the vendors, welcome the guests, and manage any unforeseen circumstances.
